Challenges faced being faced so far:
  •   Integrated design itself is challenging since most of the work are integrated and are dependent on each other. For example, the road and transport department is not able to prepare a layout before the layout for the buildings are determined by the geotechnical section. Likewise the water and sewerage department is not able to proceed with the layout unless the road and building layout are first determined. So all the work are integrated which means that the start of a particular work schedule may depend entirely on the completion of the other and so forth.
